Meet Little Dream Bird, stroller and car seat covers designed for the hip mama on-the-go. Created by a new mom looking for gear to keep her sweet baby sheltered in style, the collection draws inspiration from the latest fashion with a whimsical twist. Graham and I recently took a walk with the lightweight stroller cover in Red Soul on our stroller. The fabric is a silky gray and white paisley pattern with a bright red soft fabric on the reverse side. The skull and cross bones hardware and black leather pocket make it rocker chic. The lightweight fabric is perfect for “winter” in Houston, which really is just a nip in the air.
The covers are designed to fit most car seat and stroller types and stay in place with multiple stretchy fabric-covered velcro straps (it covered our Bugaboo forward-facing from head to toe). On typical drizzly or chilly days I typically use the plastic cover that came with our stroller, which isn’t very warm, or a simple blanket, which inevitably slips off and drags on the ground. This lightweight stroller cover is so superior to both of those options. The fabric is breathable and water-resistant, and it’s so well made with tons of thoughtful details such as reflective piping, double-ended zippers, and magnet-close buttons.
The car seat and stroller covers by Little Dream Bird will make a special gift for a new mom – it’s stylish and practical, and not like anything else you’ll find in the stores. All of the designs are so cute, but if I have to choose, my favorites are the gender-neutral heavy weight car seat cover in Sailor Stripes and the lightweight stroller cover in Hearts of Gold. Check out all of the styles online and be sure to follow Little Dream Bird’s beautiful feed on instagram, too.
